" Not going to lie, the first time I tried Midori, I was skeptical about its reputation. However, that all changed after I had their spicy tantan ramen. The balance of spices and the creaminess were spot on! So impressed by how authentic it tasted, definitely made me think of ramen I had while traveling in Japan.
